Manus

The Manus are the sovereign patriarchs of the manvantara order: fourteen in each kalpa, the mainstays of dharma through the cosmic cycle (Svayambhuva, Vaivasvata and the rest). SB 1.3.27: with the rishis, devas and Prajapatis they are all kalas of Hari.
