The nagas are the group among whom the daughters of the serpent king serve at the pillow of the Lord's feet. At SB 3.8.5: 'svar-dhuny-udArdraiH sva-jaTA-kalApaiH upaspR^ishantash charaNopadhAnam / padmaM yad archanty ahirAja-kanyAH sa-prema nAnAbalibhir varArthAH' — they worship the lotus with love and various offerings and touch the pillow of His feet with the waters of the heavenly stream and with their own braided hair, desiring boons. 'ahirAja', the serpent king, refers to Sesa, who is already in the roster.
