Shakuni

Shakuni is the son of Subala, king of Gandhara, and is therefore called Saubala in the Bhagavata; he is Gandhari's brother. SB 3.1.14 numbers him among those present when Duryodhana insulted Vidura: 'asatkR^itaH ... kShattA sakarNAnujasaubalena' — with Karna, the younger brother and the Saubala.
